We Are a Community of Digital Women

We are a dynamic movement dedicated to closing the digital gender gap in Castilla-La Mancha. We support the concerns, feelings, emotions, and experiences of our members to achieve ambitious goals, encouraging more women to join us in leading this essential change.

Why We Exist

Digital and technological entrepreneurship is one of the main drivers of value creation in the current economy, and women cannot remain on the sidelines. It is a reality that only 12% of the ICT sector is represented by women in Spain, and just 18% worldwide.

In our community, we help each other achieve the positioning we deserve in the digital business world. We work daily for greater visibility, presence, and recognition of female digital entrepreneurship, seeking the full integration of women entrepreneurs in the digital space.

Mission and Values

Our mission is to work hand-in-hand to create a robust network of digital women entrepreneurs based on equality and sorority. Female empowerment in the digital sector is our top priority. We believe that in a true community, we nourish and uplift one another.

What We Do

We carry out projects that promote equality and female leadership within the digital business fabric. Our approach is hands-on:

• Supporting Startups: We support women-led startups in Castilla-La Mancha, helping to turn ambitious business ideas into reality.
• Individual Development: We work shoulder-to-shoulder with each of our members to foster their individual development in the labor world.
• Promoting Leadership: We create initiatives that foster equality and leadership for women in the digital economy.
